Dear Steve,
Now that my kitchen is more or less complete, I felt I had to write and thank you and all the staff at Silverbrow, together with all the contractors, for all your hard work in helping me to achieve my dream kitchen.
Your design, Steve, is superb and is working very well – even the range cooker! The design certainly has the ‘wow’ factor too and the flyover shelves and spotlights have drawn favorable comments from friends mainly, I think, because they are so different.
Your Installations Dept have been very helpful and your after sales service has been superb. Please pass on my thanks to Paul and his staff.
John and Billy, the fitters, were so obliging, even though they must have got fed up with me at times. Their workmanship is excellent and I couldn’t believe the kitchen was installed in only 4 days.
As you know, Alan the plumber was already doing work for me, but he was on hand to help out with any unforeseen problems with the fitting. Fortunately there weren’t any.
And then there is Hamish. His expertise in tiling was invaluable as the kitchen floor is so uneven. He persuaded me to have random tiles as he thought they would look better and indeed they do. Again, nothing was too much trouble and he was such a happy soul to have around.
It has been a major upheaval but the end result has made it all worthwhile and I will have no hesitation in recommending Silverbrow to others. I can now look forward to enjoying the fruits of everyone's hard work.

Dear Chris,
We are writing to say a very big thankyou to everyone connected with our new kitchen, including the back room staff. Thankyou Chris for your endless patience in designing a kitchen just to suit us. To Mark the surveyor, Paul the installation manager. Chris the builder and Alan the gas man who both worked very hard and skillfully, and last but certainly not least to John the fitter for all his work in transforming our old kitchen into such an attractive but practical new one.

We were dreading all the upheaval but it all went to plan and we are now the owners of a kitchen to be proud of, and one we will enjoy living in. Our neighbours, friends and family are all coming in to see and admire what we have had done.
